Hi! Ive been lurking here for a while, as a few of my friends use mood themes from here and they are all amazing, I particularly love the pokemon ones. But none of my favorite pokemon have been done yet..Im terrible with pixel art, so if someone would be willing to do Shinx the pokemon character.
I would be eternally grateful! I'd love to commission this but since they are copywrited characters I simply cannot :s
